Refund Policy

All sales are final. Our cookbook and add-ons are digital files that you can download as soon as you pay, so we can't take them back. That's why we don't offer refunds for change of mind. But if something goes wrong with your order, we will always make it right.

1. Why digital purchases are final

When you buy Emiko's Recipe Book or any add-on, you get the full file immediately. A downloaded file can't be "returned" the way a physical book can. So we don't give refunds if you change your mind, didn't read the product description, or simply didn't use the book. Please read the product page, the sample recipe and the FAQ before buying, and email us with any questions. We're happy to help you decide.

2. When we will help

We will fix the problem, or refund you if we can't, in these situations:

You never received access to your purchase, and we can't fix it within 72 hours of you contacting us.
The file is broken or won't open on any device, and a replacement file doesn't fix it.
You were charged twice for the same product by mistake. We'll refund the duplicate charge.
The payment wasn't made by you, for example if someone used your card without permission.
The product is very different from how it was described on this website.

In most cases the quickest fix is a fresh download link. We'll always try that first.

3. Customers in the EU, EEA and UK

Consumer law in these regions normally gives a 14-day right to cancel online purchases. For digital content, this right ends once the download or access starts, if you agreed to immediate delivery and confirmed that you would lose your right to cancel. By completing checkout and accessing the files, you agree to immediate delivery and confirm this. This does not affect your legal rights if the product is faulty or not as described. In those cases, section 2 applies.

4. How to ask for help

Email emikoo091@icloud.com within 14 days of your purchase. Please include:

The email address you used at checkout
Your order or receipt number from Whop, if you have it
A short description of the problem, plus a screenshot if something isn't working

We reply to every message within 2 business days.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Whop. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it. If you get a refund, your access to the files ends.

6. Please contact us before a chargeback

If there's a problem, please email us first. We almost always solve it quickly. Disputing a charge with your bank for a product you received and accessed may lead to the dispute being contested and your access being removed.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in force when you bought applies to your purchase.
